This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Sarah Hayley Photography's website.
Subscription Services:
- Subscription-based services, once purchased, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Digital Products:
- Due to the nature of digital products, including but not limited to downloadable images, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for these items.
Physical Products:
- Refunds for physical products are available only if the product arrives damaged. Please contact us at sarahe.hayley@sarahhayleyphotography.com with a photo of the damaged item within 10 days of receiving it.
Cancellation of Subscription:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, and no further charges will be incurred. However, there will be no proration or refund for the remaining unused portion of the subscription.
Changes to Refund Policy:
- Sarah Hayley Photography reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace this Refund Policy at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
